What we collect
- Information you give us in our forms and emails: names, contact details, nationality, address, company details and roles.
- Identification and due diligence documents you upload or send to us.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and, if enabled, anonymous analytics.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and provide company formation and maintenance services (contract).
- To meet anti-money-laundering, beneficial ownership and economic substance obligations (legal obligation).
- To send renewal reminders and service notices (contract and legitimate interest).
- To send occasional updates if you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
The registered agent and Registrar of Corporations in the Marshall Islands, our group companies within Caprica Registry, banks or account providers you ask us to refer you to, our payment processor (Stripe), and service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing), under confidentiality obligations. Authorities may receive information where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we provide services to you and for at least five years afterwards, as required by anti-money-laundering rules.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your data, object to marketing, or, where the law allows, request deletion. Email info@marshallregistry.com.
Security
Our website and client portal use encrypted connections. Access to client data is restricted to staff who need it.
